Season 10
‘Big Brother, returned with season 10 on July 13, 2008 on CBS network and season finale was aired on September 16, 2008. Julie Chen hosted the show and Allison Grodner, Rich Meehan, and Scott Einziger were the executive producers. Initially, it was planned to air just a single season during 2008, but after WGA strike, CBS announced ‘Big Brother’ 9 as a regular season and ‘Big Brother’ 10 for the summer of 2008. Both, CBS and the production team noted the 10th season as a ‘back to basics’. This was the shortest season of ‘Big Brother’ history and it ran for 71 days, a week and a half shorter than other seasons of series. 13 Houseguests joined the house and here’s the list of the Houseguests:

Dan accepted the offer by USA public and became their designated player. So, he had to compete in various tasks and he made his best effort to complete the tasks. In the season finale, Dan Gheesling won the title of ‘Big Brother’ 10 and also the grand prize of $500,000.
